The hotel is in a great location, close to many good restaurants and safe surroundings. The rooms were standard but had a slight damp smell. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff members being rude, but they make exceptional Pisco Sour. The dining experience was mediocre, with dirty plates, but not the worst in the area. Overall, a decent stay with both positive and negative aspects.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The room, with a balcony overlooking an odd internal courtyard, was a bit small and noisy, not matching the website pictures accurately, dark, and small. On the bright side, the location was excellent, offering easy access to the ocean, restaurants, and shops. However, the service, while helpful and polite, had some awkward moments with unnecessary accusations and loud communication methods. The dining experience was a mixed bag with a good variety but some inedible options.
